Job summary

Base Camp Recruitment Pte Ltd in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong seeks a Senior Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives in financial services. You will drive cross-functional programmes with governance, risk and delivery accountability, including M&A related initiatives.

The role requires 10–15 years of project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver in a hybrid/onsite setup.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in project management, programme delivery or transformation in financial services.
Proven experience in M&A-related initiatives including PMI or PMO support.
Strong governance, risk management and delivery controls.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end programme delivery across cross-functional teams with defined milestones.
Drive M&A integration, governance and risk management within projects.
Coordinate stakeholders, governance bodies and senior leadership.
Establish delivery plans using Agile or hybrid approaches with clear milestones.
Monitor outcomes to ensure delivery of business value.
Identify dependencies and escalate blockers to maintain momentum.
Provide regular status reporting and governance updates.
Manage project risks, issues and assumptions effectively.
