Job summary

The Edge Partnership, in partnership with a leading international bank, seeks an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead high-impact business transformation initiatives across the organisation. Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in banking/financial services
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Experience in M&A programme management and integration activities
• Business expansion initiatives, including establishment of new legal entities, business lines, trading desks, or banking operations
• Strong programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams
• Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or traditional programme delivery environments
• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile are advantageous
• Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are highly preferred
• Onsite at client office; immediate availability or short notice period preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management
• Define programme scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success measures
• Drive execution across multiple business functions and workstreams
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions) and proactively remove delivery blockers
• Establish and maintain Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery frameworks where appropriate
• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and support key decision-making
• Ensure programmes operate within established governance and risk management frameworks
• Monitor delivery progress and provide transparent reporting to leadership teams

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior programme delivery professional with a proven track record in large-scale change, post-merger integration, and business expansion projects within the financial services sector. This is a business transformation role rather than an IT project delivery position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management
• Define programme scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success measures
• Drive execution across multiple business functions and workstreams

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications would be advantageous
• Cantonese and Mandarin are highly preferred
