Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex insurance projects in Hong Kong. This 1-year contract role involves steering cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years PM experience in financial services or insurance, with strong Agile and Waterfall expertise, and PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Project Management experience with at least 3 years in a Senior PM role.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance, especially General Insurance.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; hybrid delivery is a plus.
• Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as primary liaison for senior stakeholders across business, IT and operations; manage expectations.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts and actuals to ensure cost control.
• Oversee third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure delivery quality and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and regulatory requirements.
