Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in project management, programme delivery or business transformation within financial services.
• Proven experience in M&A-related initiatives including post-merger integration (PMI).
• PMO support for acquisitions, business development or strategic expansion.
• Establishment of new business entities, banking desks or banking businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale cross-functional programmes.
• Strong governance, risk management frameworks and programme controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong command of English; Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or relevant Agile certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Programme Delivery: Lead planning, scope, milestones, governance and execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Business Transformation: Drive M&A integration, business expansion and establishment of new entities or banking operations.
• Programme Governance: Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting, and delivery frameworks.
• RAID Management: Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate stakeholders across units to drive delivery and unblock blockers.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leadership to maintain alignment and communicate progress.
• Delivery Planning: Implement Agile or hybrid delivery approaches and track milestones.
• Business Outcomes: Monitor progress against objectives and ensure value delivery.
