Job summary

Nexus Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a Transformation Program Lead to drive large-scale initiatives from concept through delivery. You will ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and business outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation in financial services.
• M&A experience: post merger integration, PMO of acquisitions or business developments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.
• Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

What You’ll Do
