Job summary

Michael Page is representing a client in Hong Kong for a senior technology and transformation leader. You will drive end-to-end change projects, from initiation through implementation and post-launch support, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks while establishing governance and reporting. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, delivery quality, and adoption of new technologies across regulated financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BIS, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years leading large-scale technology or business-change projects in regulated sectors.
• Proven experience delivering complex system implementations and digital transformations.
• Strong governance, risk management, and SDLC knowledge with regulatory awareness.
• Exposure to cloud, AI, automation and emerging tech is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology and business transformation projects across initiation, delivery, and post-implementation support.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve operations, customer experience, and business capabilities with tech solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Establish governance, controls, and reporting throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee system development, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Provide regular updates, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote best PM practices.
• Support organizational change and drive adoption of new tech and processes.
