Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in project management, programme delivery or business transformation within financial services, preferably banking.
• Experience in M&A-related initiatives including PMI, PMO support for acquisitions, or establishment of new banking entities or desks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale, cross-functional programmes with strong governance, risk management and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong command of English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or relevant Agile certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Programme Delivery: Lead planning, scope, milestones, governance and execution to deliver on time.
• Business Transformation: Drive M&A integration and expansion of new banking entities or desks.
• Programme Governance: Establish robust governance structures, reporting and delivery frameworks.
• RAID Management: Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate stakeholders across units to drive execution and remove blockers.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Delivery Planning: Establish Agile or hybrid delivery approaches and milestone tracking.
• Business Outcomes: Monitor progress against objectives and ensure value delivery.
