Job summary

Ricacorp Properties Limited seeks a (Senior) Training Officer to elevate sales capability across 2,000+ frontline agents in Hong Kong. You will own regulatory licensing, CPD compliance, and lead AI-enabled transformation of training for frontline and back-office teams.

In this hands-on role, you will design and deliver end-to-end sales training, along with leadership development modules for Sales Managers, balancing performance results with high engagement and regulatory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training/L&D; property agency or EAA-regulated experience a strong plus.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Confident, persuasive facilitator able to command a fast-paced, result-driven sales audience.
• Fluent written/spoken Cantonese and Traditional Chinese; working English.
• Proficient in MS Office, AI productivity tools.
• People-first mindset with regulatory attention; resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

(Senior) Training Officer – Sales Excellence & AI-Enabled Learning

We are looking for a (Senior) Training Officer to own three fronts at once: sharpening sales and leadership capability across 2,000+ frontline agents, safeguarding EAA licensing and CPD compliance, and leading the AI-enabled transformation of training for both frontline and back-office teams. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who can turn regulatory complexity and new AI tools into practical performance gains — balancing revenue results with employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end sales training — prospecting, negotiation, closing, tailored to HK property market cycles.


• Design and deliver leadership development modules for Sales Managers, driving team performance and retention.

Regulatory Compliance & EAA Licensing

• Own EAA licensing exam passing rates and CPD course delivery; keep content current with EAA circulars and ordinances.


• Translate legal and regulatory updates into practical \"Compliance for Sales\" toolkits.

AI-Enabled Training & Digital Transformation

• Frontline: Design AI-powered sales practices — material generation, data analytics, activity management assistants, to accelerate onboarding and sharpen skills and service quality.


• Back Office: Deliver AI-literacy programs for back-office staff — prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI-assisted document and process handling, to lift efficiency and cut manual workload.
