Our client is an AI-enabled Edtech platform for coaching, career development, and edtech platform for all. It was founded and operated by a group of C-Suit executives & Entrepreneurs with expertise from their industries crossing E-Commerce, Banking & Finance, Technology, HR Consulting, and Marketing, aimed to fill the white space that schools provide mostly academic education to students aged 13-23.

Leveraging AI-enabled coaching chatbot, online and offline classes, the Future CEO Program in connecting to different internship opportunities, ongoing Career Co-Pilot program, it enables student & young professionals to formulate their mission/vision, choose the right subjects, be equipped for the workforce and plan the career path, and develop future-ready life skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to students and parents who aspire to develop lifelong skill sets through various courses and internships.
• Understand the student's needs, aspirations, and preferences, and offer exceptional advice for relevant program enrollment.
• Proactively follow up on leads & inquiries and provide timely information to prospective students.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and participate in various campaigns and channels to expand the business revenue.
• Build up and expand the student recruitment channels with Schools, Institutions, and Partnership programs.
• Ensure the assigned sales target is achieved.
• Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Business / Partnership Development experience is gained
• Previous sales experience with local schools/institutions is highly preferred.
• Strive for excellence and focus on achieving positive outcomes for students.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle student inquiries efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality work by paying attention to details.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
