Job summary

Goodwell Property Management Limited, established in 1981 and a leading HK property management company, is seeking energetic candidates for a Senior Technical Officer role. Candidates should have a Higher Diploma/Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines and at least 5 years' property management experience.

We value independence and strong English/Chinese communication. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years' experience in property management.
• Monitor property maintenance, building improvement and repair/ renovation works.
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works.
• Self-motivated and be able to work independently.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
