Job summary

Charterhouse Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to oversee comprehensive technical management for our portfolio in Hong Kong. The role requires coordinating design, submissions, procurement, and installation with designers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

You will analyse tenders, monitor vendor performance, advise senior management on sustainability measures, and develop standards to ensure strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in building services, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• At least 15 years of solid engineering management experience.
• Corporate member of professional bodies is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to resolve site issues and manage a sizable team.
• Strong communication, self-initiative, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Account for full spectrum of technical management duties to ensure smooth operations of the portfolio.
• Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to installation with support from designers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse tender and procurement process.
• Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives.
• Offer professional and value-added advices to senior management for sustainability measures.
• Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance.
