Qualifications

Degree in building services, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of solid engineering management experience with proven track record.
Corporate membership of any professional bodies is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to resolve site issues and manage a sizable team.

Responsibilities

Account for full spectrum of technical management duties to ensure smooth operations of the portfolio.
Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to installation with support from designers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
Analyse tender and procurement process.
Review and monitor vendors' performances to promote quality initiatives.
Offer professional and value-added advice to senior management for sustainability measures.
Develop and maintain standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
