Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited invites applications for AGM/Senior Manager - Sustainability (Technical focus, Property Developer). Lead a team to drive sustainable building lifecycle management from design through operation across Hong Kong and Mainland China by coordinating with diverse departments within the Group.

Coordinate with project consultants, in-house project teams and contractors to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability-related field such as Environmental Science or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of real estate experience with project delivery and sustainability performance.
• Mainland China exposure is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive sustainable building lifecycle management from design through operation.
• Coordinate with project consultants, in-house project teams and contractors to deliver projects.
• Conceive roadmaps and secure management buy-in for sustainability initiatives.
• Drive innovation and prop-tech to achieve energy savings and enhance occupant well-being.
• Shape sustainability strategies and promote a culture of sustainability across staff.
