Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited invites applications for AGM/Senior Manager - Sustainability (Technical focus, Property Developer). Lead a team to drive sustainable building lifecycle management from design through operation across Hong Kong and Mainland China by coordinating with diverse departments within the Group.

Coordinate with project consultants, in-house project teams and contractors to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability-related field such as Environmental Science or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of real estate experience with project delivery and sustainability performance.
• Mainland China exposure is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

AGM/Senior Manager - Sustainability (Technical focus, Property Developer)

Manage a team to drive sustainable building life cycle management from design, construction, operation at company projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China by coordinating with different departments and business units within the Group

Coordinate with other project consultants and in-house project teams, and contractors to deliver the project

Conceive roadmap and gain buy-in at management level and site level for sustainability initiatives whilst aligning to Group’s targets

Drive innovation and prop-tech to achieve energy saving and enhance customer well-being in existing and new buildings across Hong Kong.

Shape sustainability strategies and engage all staff in sustainability culture

Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in Sustainability related field such as Environmental Science or Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines

Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sector, experienced in project management, and in delivering sustainability performance

Mainland China exposure will be an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, can-do attitude, adaptive and strong in managing multiple projects

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
