Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is seeking a senior leader to drive talent partnerships and project management for Hong Kong's I&T ecosystem. The role focuses on developing and delivering talent initiatives across HK, Mainland China and overseas, with strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead the team to design pitches, manage budgets, and build a robust talent pipeline for HKSTP's partner companies, educational institutions, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Human Resources, Social Science or related fields.
• Minimum 12 years in talent acquisition or development programme management, preferably in I&T in HK.
• Strong project planning, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee talent projects, gather stakeholder feedback, assess programme effectiveness.
• Formulate and manage talent projects for students, graduates and early career talents; liaise with partners.
• Collaborate with philanthropy to pitch and execute talent initiatives with sponsors.
• Draft pitches and proposals with team to ensure alignment with HKSTP's value proposition.
• Manage project budgets and monitor funding for talent pipeline development.
• Monitor market trends in HK, Mainland China and overseas to identify recruitment avenues.
