Job summary
HSITP Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park in Lok Ma Chau seeks a Senior Manager, Overseas Engagement to drive its global corporate attraction strategy and international pipeline development. You will lead market research, target overseas enterprises, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions for multinational companies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in corporate attraction, enterprise sales or partnerships.
- Proven record of closing B2B deals with overseas enterprises or R&D centers.
Responsibilities
- Research and map global enterprise players across HSITP’s clusters.
- Lead end-to-end outreach to overseas enterprises and coordinate landing at HSITP.
- Collaborate with Leasing, Park Development and Marketing to tailor workspace solutions.
