Job summary

Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) invites a seasoned Site Management & Operations leader to oversee property operations, customer services, and smart facilities initiatives across HKSTP’s prestigious portfolio including office, co-living, and community spaces.

The role demands strong cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and rigorous governance across budgets, procurement, and contractor performance, with fluency in English and Chinese to engage diverse

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities and Property Management or related discipline.
• Licence preferred: Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1).
• 10+ years of relevant experience with Grade-A commercial or large-scale complexes, incl. 8+ years in supervision/management.
• Willingness to engage smart facilities, PropTech trends and drive change opportunities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); strong business and proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and customer services for HKSTP portfolio.
• Provide strategic leadership for smart innovation, digital transformation and project delivery.
• Develop relationships with tenants and stakeholders; manage enquiries and complaints.
• Demonstrate leadership in contractor operations, QA, policy development, safety and compliance.
• Initiate community events, engagement programs, and PropTech initiatives.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
