Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is seeking a high-calibre candidate to support the Business Development team in bringing top I&T companies to establish R&D operations in HKSTP. You will identify targets, engage senior stakeholders, and build visibility in international I&T startup communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business or related field.
• Experience with MNCs, IT/start-up ecosystem is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tech regulations, funding, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert target enterprises to set up R&D/lab presence at HKSTP premises.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with government bodies, high-tech companies, startup communities.
• Monitor innovation landscape, policies and funding mechanisms relevant to HK and international markets.
• Organize engagement programs and host delegation visits to promote HKSTP as an I&T hub.
