We are seeking a high‑caliber marketing professional to lead branding, digital campaigns and customer acquisition efforts, delivering measurable ROI and strong brand equity in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 7–10+ years of consumer product/brand marketing experience in FMCG/skincare/healthcare/beauty preferred.
• Experience with digital platforms, social networks and CRM/relationship building.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to grow user base and improve retention, focusing on engagement and experience.
• Sustain top-of-mind brand awareness through creative branding campaigns.
• Lead ATL communications for brand building and customer acquisition via digital channels (social, SEM/SEO, MI/KOL, video, media planning, website).
• Develop and execute customer acquisition programs via digital platforms to drive key metrics.
• Lead market intelligence initiatives to identify opportunities to strengthen brand strategy and plans.
• Allocate and manage marketing funds to optimize ROI and brand investments.
