Job summary

Captiare is seeking an Executive Director, Group Strategy and Growth (Banking) in Hong Kong to shape and drive the bank's corporate strategy and long-term growth. You will lead enterprise-wide planning, translate ambitions into initiatives, and monitor progress with KPIs, reporting to the CEO and senior leadership.

The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization, including China growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, banking, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning aligning priorities with long-term vision and financial objectives.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to communicate and refine corporate strategy.
• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Develop strategic performance frameworks and KPIs; ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, and other functions to drive growth.
• Provide board-ready reviews, presentations, and strategic insights to executives.
