Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Limited is seeking a strategic planning professional to lead medium- and long-term planning, risk management, and cross-department initiatives in Hong Kong. The role focuses on developing annual plans, analyzing performance, and supporting major strategic projects.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in corporate strategy, business planning or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills and an ability to prioritise demanding workloads.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial analysis, corporate strategy, business planning, operational excellence, or investment-related roles.
• Strong logical thinking ability, cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
• Efficient and able to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under time pressure.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, with excellent written expression skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the formulation of the company's medium and long-term strategic planning, strategic implementation and strategic risk management, and coordinate the implementation of relevant deployments serving national strategies.
• Participate in the formulation of the company's annual business plan, business analysis and dynamic management of business results, and prepare core reports such as business analysis and business development.
• Conduct strategic research, business research and market research to support the feasibility demonstration and implementation of major strategic projects.
• Complete other special tasks of strategic planning and business management assigned by the management.
• Participate in projects related to business collaboration, performance tracking and evaluation.
