Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: implement regional business and operations strategy with business units and control functions.
• Event Management: plan and execute internal executive events, leadership onsites, town halls, and forums, handling logistics.
• Leadership Communications: prepare meeting agendas and executive materials; ensure messages are delivered consistently.
• Financial Planning: manage regional budget, track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate with heads of departments.
• Governance & Reporting: support the regional governance framework and consolidate inputs for regional/global leadership.
• Stakeholder Liaison: be the main contact for internal/external stakeholders and escalate critical issues.
