Qualifications

• Professional qualification and/or university degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience in corporate finance and work experience in an international accounting firm preferred.
• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required.
• Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally.
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, spin-offs, financial advisory on M&A, compliance advisory, restructuring and other fundraising activities.
• Fully participate in due diligence and execution processes.
• Prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations.
• Communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators.
