Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in SME/small business banking or related field.
• Proven success in sales and relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High self-drive, accountability and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through new customer acquisition by promoting offerings and soliciting new prospects to meet KPI targets.
• Manage and expand the current portfolio by growing existing customer relationships and aligning performance with KPIs.
• Execute account expansion strategies to cultivate, convert, and grow Serial accounts.
• Apply disciplined credit practices by conducting prudent credit assessments to manage risk.
• Own end-to-end credit processes including preparing credit reports, post-disbursement monitoring and reviews.
• Lead cross-sell engagement by collaborating with stakeholders to pitch and close cross-selling opportunities across Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Global Markets and related solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
