Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a (Senior) Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking to manage a designated portfolio and develop it through new client acquisition and cross-selling of corporate banking services. The role requires strong credit knowledge, ability to prepare credit proposals, review credit quality, and guide junior teammates, with fluency in Chinese and English.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in commercial banking and a degree in business,

Qualificações

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of Chinese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the Commercial Banking business segment.
• Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable corporate banking services to the existing customers.
• Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance.
• Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority.
• Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior teammates.
