Job summary

China CITIC Bank International is seeking a Senior Officer to support the secured lending products and manage deposit and payment portfolios in Hong Kong. You will analyze KPIs, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive performance and service quality.

The role requires a degree in business/finance/marketing and at least 1 year of product development experience in banking, with strong product, market, and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in product development/management for deposit products in banking.
• Sound retail product knowledge (e.g., CASA, TD) and payment vehicles (FPS, QR code, cross-border).
• Market awareness and ability to provide practical recommendations.
• Knowledge of CNCBI deposit products and pricing to ensure competitiveness.
• Compliance with AML/CTF controls and CNCBI policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactive deposit portfolio management and payment business.
• Support development of short and long-term strategic plans to enhance deposit products and services.
• Analyze financial performance KPIs on deposit and payment businesses.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to deliver quality service.
• Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns and develop marketing materials.
• Prepare reports for tracking and provide insights for improvement.
