Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a results-driven professional to assist in proactive deposit portfolio management and the development of marketing strategies for deposit products and payment services, driving incremental revenue based on MIS, market trends, and the bank's strategic direction.

You will collaborate with multiple sales channels, liaise with internal and external parties, prepare reports and proposals for senior management, conduct competitive and customer behavior

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance / Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in product development/ management for deposit, loans, card investment or insurance products, preferably in banking.
• Sound knowledge of retail banking products (debit/ATM cards, deposits) and payment vehicles.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactive deposit portfolio management and payment business growth.
• Assist in marketing strategy development and campaigns to enhance deposits and payments.
• Conduct data mining and MIS analysis to inform decisions and insights.
• Support new initiatives, product development, and system/process enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales channels to achieve business targets.
• Prepare reports and business proposals for senior management.
• Perform competitive analysis and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze customer/ product/ campaign MIS for improvement of deposit business.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT controls and CNCBI policies.
