This full-time role combines sales expertise with design consultation and top-tier customer service to understand client needs and deliver tailored home solutions from initial consultation through project completion.

You will drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure projects meet high standards.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of sales or consultancy experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• English and Cantonese fluency; Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable visiting client sites and assisting with design discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with customers to understand home improvement needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits and measurements for accurate planning and design implementation.
• Close sales by negotiating terms, finalising contracts, and obtaining customer commitments.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Wan Chai. This is a full-time position that combines sales expertise with design consultation and customer service excellence. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Easyhome Plus, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored home solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from initial consultation through project completion. This position is strategically important to our business, as you will drive revenue growth whilst maintaining the high standards of service and design that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their home improvement needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for prospective clients
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate project planning and design implementation
• Close sales by negotiating terms, finalising contracts, and securing customer commitments
• Manage the entire customer journey, addressing enquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure customer visions are realised
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Build and nurture long‑term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on product offerings, design trends, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of home solutions, materials, and furnishings
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Customer service excellence with a genuine commitment to exceeding expectations
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Presentable appearance with professional demeanour
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with basic design visualization tools is a plus.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar sales or consultant role
