You will handle full sales cycles, provide technical support, and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to ensure superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in building materials.
• Experience closing deals with landscape designers preferred.
• High diploma or above in marketing or engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship building.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Sales Executive.

About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive at Dextra Pacific Plumbing Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our dynamic organisation. Based in the vibrant Wan Chai District, this full-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Promote plumbing products and achieve sales target set by the company.


• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their needs.


• Identify and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, landscape designers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.


• Involve in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.


• Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and help division manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, at least 5 years of sales experiences within the building material industry.


• Experience in closing deals with landscape designers is highly preferred.


• High diploma or above in marketing or engineering.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.


• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
