Tai Cheung Properties Limited, a leading Hong Kong property developer, is seeking a high-caliber professional for a sales and marketing role focused on residential properties. You will be stationed with the property portfolio and take the lead in presenting projects to prospective clients, both for sale and lease.

You will handle documentation, liaise with authorities, agents, and solicitors, and maintain robust relationships with agents while conducting market research.

Formación

• Degree holder in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years' work experience in the sales and marketing of residential properties.
• Familiar with the local property market and relevant regulations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, presentable with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• AI integration in workflow is an advantage.

Tai Cheung Properties Limited is a subsidiary of Tai Cheung Group (Stock: 0088), which is a listed property developer. The Group has been engaged in property development and investment in Hong Kong over 50 years. We are currently looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the position.

Reporting to Head of Sales, the incumbent's key responsibilities are to:

Station at the Company's property portfolio and take the lead in handling all matters related to the proper presentation of the properties to prospective clients.

Showcase property projects to prospective clients for sales or leasing purposes.

Handle sales/leasing documentation and liaise with relevant parties, such as the respective authorities, property agents, solicitors, and any other third parties when required.

Maintain good relations with property agents and conduct market research.

Participate in any other related assignments of the team.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Minimum of 4 years' work experience in the sales and marketing of residential properties.

Familiar with the local property market, as well as relevant legislations and regulations.

Self-motivated, proactive, presentable, and possess strong negotiation skills.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Proficiency in AI integration in the workflow is an advantage.

5-day work week on a roster-based arrangement, which requires working on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays when necessary.
