Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a marketing professional with experience in residential property campaigns. You will assist in formulating strategies, support project launches, and manage marketing materials and PR campaigns.

You will conduct market research, organize sales office logistics, and collaborate with agencies to ensure smooth launches, while also providing after-sale services.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing residential properties for property developers.

8 years’ experience, preferably in marketing of residential properties in property developers

Knowledge in social online

Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English and Chinese

Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Willing to work overtime and irregular hours

Responsibilities:

Assist in formulation and implementation of marketing strategies for residential property projects

Assist in project launch preparation and implement strategy work including preparation and production of relevant marketing items and organize sales brochures and PR / media campaigns, etc.

Arrange sales office logistics
