Savills Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Leasing Officer (Retail) to oversee daily leasing activities for a premier shopping mall on HK Island. You will manage leasing enquiries, negotiations and tenancy administration, while expanding the client base through targeted marketing and networking with retailers and brokers.

Strong English and Chinese skills are required to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Competenze

• Degree holder in Business / Real Estates or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in property leasing.
• Strong networks with potential retail tenants and real estate agents.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR LEASING OFFICER (RETAIL)

Job Duties

Handle daily leasing activities including leasing enquiries, direct marketing, cold calling and lease negotiation for a shopping mall in HK Island

Explore new clients through business connections, relevant marketing events and cold calling

Handling leasing and tenancy administration independently for the assigned retail portfolios

Providing quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration

Work closely with internal and external parties for promotion campaigns

Requirements

Degree holder in Business / Real Estates or related disciplines

At least 3 years' relevant experience in property leasing

Good networks with potential retail tenants and real estate agents

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer/ Leasing Officer
