Job summary

Tai Cheung Properties Limited, a leading Hong Kong property developer, is seeking a high-caliber professional for a sales and marketing role focused on residential properties. You will be stationed with the property portfolio and take the lead in presenting projects to prospective clients, both for sale and lease.

You will handle documentation, liaise with authorities, agents, and solicitors, and maintain robust relationships with agents while conducting market research.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years' work experience in the sales and marketing of residential properties.
• Familiar with the local property market and relevant regulations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, presentable with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• AI integration in workflow is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Station at the Company's property portfolio and lead in presenting properties to prospective clients.
• Showcase property projects for sales or leasing purposes.
• Handle sales/leasing documentation and liaise with authorities, property agents, solicitors and third parties.
• Maintain good relations with property agents and conduct market research.
• Participate in other related assignments of the team.
