You will cultivate relationships with domestic and international clients and lead RFPs, rate loading, and market analysis.

Qualifications

• 4 years previous experience in luxury market, hotel sales, event mgmt. or hotel operations.

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Responsible for growing and maintaining Hotel business, identifying new business potential
• Generating Hotel business to maximize corporate revenue, profits and market share
• Focused on creating and sustaining relationships with key partners including but not limited to domestic and international clients
• Play a key role in action plan development and implementation and will be responsible of all RFPs, new account prospecting, rate loading, competitors set analysis, providing visibility and exposure for the hotel
• Management of the relationship with preferred partners including penetration of account to uncover influencers, management of the company, entertainment, and procurement / travel manager relationships
• Actively participates in business review
• Manage partners, inventory, blocks, and rates
• Travel, entertain and attend trade shows to increase visibility in the market and drive revenues
• Analyze all industry trends, key competitors and customer behavior to alter strategies based on changes and consumer behaviors

REQUIRED SKILLS
