Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify, prospect, and acquire new commercial accounts in Hong Kong and Mainland China, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. You will develop strategic plans to capitalize on cross-border e-commerce trends and penetrate key market segments.

Use your industry networks to win clients and lead large-scale project implementations, building long-term partnerships tailored to supply chain needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in cross-border logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Strong familiarity with Mainland China's business environment, negotiation etiquette, and market practices.
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to travel regularly between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Proven capability to operate independently, manage complex projects, and lead initiatives that drive organizational performance.
