Job summary

EY in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Consultant in HR Consulting (Rewards) to advise on total rewards, executive remuneration and HR transactions. You will shape client people strategy, lead proposals and deliver multi-disciplinary solutions with insights from experts across service lines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ relevant experience, and strong English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a strong plus. Hybrid working options may apply, with a dynamic, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• Technical competence in total rewards, executive remuneration, HR transactions or due diligence.
• At least 3 years in a professional services firm or large-scale programs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency; Cantonese and Mandarin are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of business trends and industry advancements to shape client’s people strategy.
• Identify new opportunities and lead proposal development.
• Design and create innovative solutions to address client needs.
• Deliver solutions through a multi-disciplinary approach with SME input.
