Job summary

安永EY recruiting for a People Advisory Services – HR Consulting senior roles in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with managers and partners to deliver advisory services across human resources functions, mentoring juniors and developing client relationships with major SOEs and top firms.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality projects, problem solving, and applying cutting-edge consulting methods while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in BA, management, finance, legal, engineering or mathematics (or related).
• Preferred industrial experience and consulting certification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Experience managing high-impact, complex projects under pressure.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends using internal/external data to help clients shape future business and talent strategies.
• Address organizational and human capital issues, including transformation, talent strategy, digital HR, and org design.
• Engage with major SOEs and global unicorns across sectors to deliver high-quality client work.
• Learn and apply EY’s latest consulting techniques and methodologies.
