Regal Hotels International is seeking a Group Revenue Management & Distribution Officer in Hong Kong to lead pricing, inventory and distribution for a multi-property portfolio. You will drive revenue through strategic rate setting, channel management and performance analytics across OTA, GDS, CRS and company websites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in revenue management or related hotel roles.
• Experience in multi-property hotel operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and OTAs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily hotel performance: occupancy, ADR, pick-up, market trends.
• Develop and implement pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage room inventory and rate distribution across OTA, GDS, CRS, and sites.
• Ensure rate parity and content accuracy across booking platforms.
• Evaluate channel performance and optimize distribution costs.
• Support promotional campaigns and tactical pricing with Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain revenue management and distribution systems and audits.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as required.
