Job summary

Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Revenue Management leader to head reservations and optimize distribution across all channels. You will analyze demand, forecast performance, and provide actionable pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires leadership of the Reservations team and close collaboration with hotel operations. Strong analytical skills, expertise with RMS tools (Duetto) and BI, and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all distribution channels, reservations, and revenue systems.
• Prepare demand forecasts, predictive analysis, and reports to maximize yield and profitability.
• Analyze historical data, forward-booking curves, and competitive set data for both transient and group activities to identify market demand, price elasticity, and revenue opportunities.
• Rate loading and inventory management across channels.
• Advise management on E-Commerce and set marketing strategies.
• Conduct quantitative customer research across channels, segments and market origins to identify shifting booking patterns.
• Provide up-to-date insights and market information which impact the industry.
• Manage booking engine content and layout, monitor direct booking engine performance.
• Work with Accounts on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments for creating different room packages.
• Lead and develop the Reservations team with accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
