Job summary

VR Management Limited, a member of the Chevalier Group, oversees Ventria Residence and Ventria Rehabilitation Centre in Hong Kong. We seek a Front Desk Guest Services professional to deliver premier services to senior residents and support daily operations.

The role requires a Diploma or above in Hotel/Property Management, at least 2 years in hospitality, and fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with departments and may work on public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Property Management or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or clubhouse.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Shift duty on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily operations of guest services to deliver diverse and premier services to senior residents.
• Handle enquiries, requests and complaints effectively, while encouraging caring relationships with senior residents.
• Communicate with various departments and carry out other duties as assigned.
