Job summary

Lanson Place in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated housekeeping leader to elevate guest experiences through pristine spaces and seamless service. You will monitor cleanliness, craft welcoming spaces and ensure every area sparkles with high standards.

Responsibilities include guarding cleanliness across guest rooms, kitchens, public areas and staff spaces; leading a team; coordinating procurement, rostering and casual labour systems; and communicating effectively with Engineering and Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of premium hotel experience with 1 year in a similar role
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and sanitation standards
• Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Effective leader, problem solver and team player with exceptional conflict resolution, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Experience in handling procurement, rostering, and casual labour systems; well versed in computer skills
