Job summary

Upper House Hong Kong, part of Swire Hotels, is seeking a Senior Reservations Officer to join our team in Admiralty. You will manage reservations, assist guests, and coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs with warmth and a personalized approach.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, handling inquiries, updating the PMS, and contributing to revenue growth while delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year working experience in hotel, catering or service industry.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Familiar with Infor HMS is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail; fully computer literate.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; Putonghua or other language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inputs and updates room reservations into the hotel’s property management system accurately.
• Handles guest inquiries related to hotel services, facilities and rates.
• Coordinates with Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Restaurant & Bar to arrange guest needs.
• Alerts Director of Reservations & Revenue to changes of room inventory.
• Upsells the hotel’s products and services.
• Undertakes other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
