Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diploma or higher; graduation from a hotel school or hospitality training institute is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage restaurant or bar sections under supervision to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Acknowledge guests, greet warmly, and use their name where possible.
• Know the menu well and ensure timely, correct meal service.
