Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote the Bank’s corporate & community image.
• Attain the business goals of Retail Channel Management.
• Institute branch strategies and implement marketing plans aligned with Retail Channel Management objectives.
• Mobilize and supervise branch staff to cross-sell bank products and develop customer relations.
• Maintain the branch premises and equipment to reflect the Bank’s image.
• Create an effective communication channel among staff.
• Ensure daily branch operations meet internal controls & compliance requirements.
• Supervise selling activities to comply with internal guidelines & external regulations.
• Upgrade staff quality through training and coaching to boost morale.
