To support its continued development, they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Human Resources leadership team, you will provide comprehensive HR business partnering and operational support across a broad spectrum of human resources functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary HR contact and provide professional, responsive HR support to designated client groups
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives covering the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, appointment and re-appointment, promotion, transfer, redeployment, redundancy, and separation
- Manage and coordinate compensation and benefits administration, performance management, staff development, learning and training initiatives, employee relations, recognition, and disciplinary matters
- Lead or participate in HR projects and assigned subject areas, working independently while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for committees, panels, and meetings related to HR governance and people management matters
- Coach and mentor junior HR team members, providing guidance and support to enhance team capability and service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of solid HR generalist experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with demonstrated management capability
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in committee secretariat support, governance, or meeting coordination is preferred
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
