Job summary

Kai Shing Management Services Limited, part of the Sun Hung Kai Properties Group, is hiring for a residential property management supervisor. You will lead day-to-day operations, liaise with residents, and oversee contractor performance to ensure quality service.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in property management, at least six years of relevant experience (three at supervisor level), and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, with 3 years at supervisor level in residential properties.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is preferred; strong communication is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality property management services in residential property.
• Manage good relationship with residents; communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner.
• Assist to manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management.
• Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
