Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a Chief/Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Hong Kong. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance and capital improvement projects.

The candidate should have extensive experience in property management, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. A high level of organization and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in managing residential estates.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

Our client is a reputable developer with a lot of developments in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Chief/ Senior Property Manager to look after a portfolio of residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of residential properties to ensure top service standards
• Prepare and control annual budgets; oversee regular maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensure full compliance with the Building Management Ordinance , Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC), and relevant legal/safety requirements
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with owners, and the Owners' Corporation (OC); attend AGMs and committee meetings
• Supervise on-site management teams and manage service contractors to deliver high-quality performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
• Possess at least 15years of relevant working experience in managing residential estates
• Preferably attained relevant professional qualifications e.g. MHKIH, HKIFM, MCIH, RICS, etc
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant, and related regulations
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, well-organized, and detail-minded with strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
