Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a property supervisor to oversee one of our residential properties. The role involves guiding property management staff and contractors, enforcing House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant, and ensuring high service standards for residents.

You will handle resident enquiries and complaints, assist in annual budget preparation, and organize meetings of the Owners' Committees.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline or membership of a recognised professional qualification with at least 3 years’ relevant experience; OR
• Higher Diploma with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, 2 years at supervisory level
• Hold Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence

Responsibilities

• Oversee one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation.
• Monitor, supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors; enforce House Rules & Deeds of Mutual Covenant
• Handle enquiries and complaints from residents; prepare annual budgets; organise and attend Owners' Committee meetings
