Job summary

Knight Frank Greater China is seeking a property-management professional to oversee a mixed portfolio, manage budgets and contractors, handle tenancy and client matters, and support meetings with landlords, tenants and Incorporated Owners. The role requires a degree in property management or a related discipline and 10–12 years of relevant experience.

Professional qualifications such as MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM / PMP Licence are advantageous, and an Estate Agent licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in property management or related discipline required.
• 10–12 years’ property management experience; Manager level if less experience.
• Professional qualifications such as MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM / PMP Licence advantageous.
• Estate Agent licence holder preferred.
• Mature, self-motivated with strong ownership.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio.
• Prepare budgets, monthly management reports, and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy and property matters.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of contractors and service providers.
• Handle enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Attend meetings with clients and IOs outside office hours when required.
