Job summary

HTK is seeking a Senior Project Planning Specialist in Hong Kong to oversee Project P&L, forecast, and cost control while driving AI-enabled contract lifecycle automation from proposal to renewal.

You will develop real-time dashboards, monitor financial targets, and ensure governance through accurate reporting, collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools into daily operations to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business planning or project management.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and good team player.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Advanced command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project P&L management, including month-end closing, forecasting, revenue and cost control, to ensure financial targets and profitability objectives are achieved.
• Drive AI-enabled contract lifecycle automation by developing an end-to-end workflow from proposal, SOW execution, billing, invoice settlement to renewal, integrating data from customer and vendor sources.
• Develop management dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility of Project P&L, key performance metrics, and business insights for effective decision-making and governance.
• Proactively identify workflow / process gaps and continue to drive improvements.
• Liaise with both internal and external partners relating to financial reporting matters.
• Conduct any duties and ad-hoc tasks needed.
